Wellness

This program is not a traditional fitness program. Our program utilizes staff with professional credentials that are licensed practitioners to develop a wellness program to help you meet your personal goals. It is designed for the adult who is looking to improve their quality of life by regaining, preserving or improving their physical health, function and wellness. Whether you are looking to transition from our physical therapy program to maintain the improvements you have made or just looking to start a program to improve your health or daily function, we will design a personalized program for you. No matter what your age, fitness level, or current physical condition, we can tailor a program to meet your personal goals and lifestyle.

Exercise Prescription
We perform a personal assessment of each client to determine your current functional status and establish a starting baseline. Then a personalized wellness program can be implemented to meet your personal goals and needs.

Aquatic Exercise
We have a pool that is 92-94 degrees which is optimal temperature to perform therapeutic exercise.

Aquatic exercise is a form of low-impact exercise that takes the pressure off your bones, joints and muscles. Water offers natural resistance, which helps strengthen your muscles.

Water buoyancy allows you to move your body in ways that land-based exercise programs do not allow.

Nutritional Counseling
We will only utilize a registered dietitian (R.D.) to counsel our clients in their dietary needs and goals.

If you have medical problems such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure or other pertinent medical issues you should seek the advice of a registered and/or licensed dietitian that is trained to counsel you safely with these types of issues.
