Teresa Carroll, PTA

• Specializes in myofascial release techniques and cranial sacral therapy as well as head, neck and face pain.
• Over 20 years of experience in wound care, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
• Studied at Pennsylvania State University.
• Effective treatment can reduce pain, improve tissue mobility, decrease muscle spasm and improve circulation.

Jose A. Dominguez, PT, MS, ATC

• Specializes in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation.
• Studied at Indiana State University and the University of Pittsburgh.
• Earned his Master's Degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
• McKenzie Certified.
• 16 years of experience in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation.

Holly Kindig, PT

• Specializes in Incontinence and Pelvic Pain Disorders.
• Experienced in treating women with low back pain due to pregnancy.
• Studied at West Virginia University with specialized training at Denver, Philadelphia and Johns Hopkins.
• 18 years experience with local hospital systems.
• Treats incontinence and pelvic pain utilizing Biofeedback/EMG - a treatment which yields an 80% success rate.

Debra Latsha, PT

James R. Myers, DPT

• Specializes in vestibular and orthopedic rehabilitation.
• 5 years of experience in acute inpatient therapy focusing on post-surgical cardiovascular, orthopedic and amputee rehabilitation as well as outpatinet orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
