Directions

Take Route 11/15 North toward Camp Hill. Turn left at the traffic light onto 21st Street (stay in left lane). Pass Holy Spirit Hospital on your right. At bottom of hill at traffic light, turn left onto Center Street. Turn left at the first traffic light. (Look for our Cumberland Physical Therapy sign out by the road). Our building is 1847. Please park and walk down the sidewalk to the right side of the building. Our office entrance is around the back of the building, overlooking the Conodoguinet Creek - just follow the signs!
